Integrated Risk Management Specialist

• Development and distribution of methodologies, models, analysis, assessment and risk aggregation as well as other functional tools for the Integrated Risk Management activities for the areas of responsibility, also through studies on national and international regulations and best practices. 
• Strong knowledge of economic and financial evaluation techniques other than principles of statistic to define impacts and probabilities of risks. 
• Improvement of Integrated Risk Management processes and distribution of the relevant updates. 
• Contribute to the digitalization  process of all Integrated Risk Management activities, from goal model to assessment, monitoring and reporting (using Microsoft Office tools like Power BI and Power APP) 
• Participate and lead Risk assessment meetings with top management and second-line managers
• Contribute to prepare the Group’s Risk Assessment report (Identifying, assessing, and monitoring the relevant
• risks and identifying specific treatment actions supporting the Risk Owner to manage the risk and implementing the risk treatment actions) 
• Monitoring Top Risks: identifying the indicators monitored (Key Risk Indicators and Key Control Indicators) and analyzing the results, trends, ratings and status of the indicators monitored. 
• Participate and lead Risk Assessment of Saipem’s relevant Subsidiaries: identifying, assessing and analyzing the Top Risks 
• Prepare corporate presentations, working with an inter-functional approach 
• Prepare analysis for top management, Audit and Risk Committee and Board of Directors.

Requested Skills:

• 3 to 8 years of professional experience in Risk Management activities, preferably in an Oil&Gas and/or Infrastructures and/or Energy industry,
• Risk Management Professional Certification will be considered a plus,
• Degree in Engineering or Economics. Master in Risk Management will be considered a plus, 
• Fluent in English, both written and oral in order to actively take part in critical interviews,
• Outstanding Microsoft Office skills (particularly in Excel and Power BI; the knowledge of Power APP will be considered a plus),
• Strong communication and relational skills,
• Ability to navigate large organizations and build trustworthy relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
